- (for unpaid orders) If you've made the payment but haven't received order confirmation, don't worry. The payment will be automatically redirected back to your bank account.
- (for paid orders) If you've made the payment but haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You can also track your order status in the "My Orders" section after logging in with the same account used for the purchase.
Click on > Track order
